The Internet started in the 1960s as a military funded project to build a robust computer network to ensure communications in denied environments. It has since evolved into an economic, social, and communication tool with global reach. The Internet is changing life so quickly that not participating on the Internet is a guarantee to be left behind. Yet, the Internet is still growing.
